Hands on Health Inc. Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Wellness Center is a private practice in Lemmon, South Dakota. We have three satellite clinics. We provide services to nursing home, school systems, home health agencies, businesses and the public.
Hands On Health offers a state of the art wellness center. With many cardiovascular and weight machines, our members can create their own individual workout programs.
We value all of our members and patients as we focus on quality of care rather than quantity.
Wellness Center hours are 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday * Clinic hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
